How long will my order take?

Orders are shipped directly from the various stationery lines. Each item page displays the approximate time that each company usually takes. Please keep in mind, personalized items can take a couple weeks to arrive...that's what makes them special, they are personalized just for you.If you have any questions regarding timing please feel free to email info@papercottage.net.

Proofs

If you have ordered a proof, it will be emailed to you typically within 24-48 hours after your order is submitted, depending on if your order is submitted in the morning or afternoon.

Payment & Sales Tax

The Paper Cottage accepts all major credit cards as well as paypal. Sales Tax (7%) will only be charged to orders shipped within New Jersey, orders from any other state will not be charged sales tax.

Is my credit card safe online?

Yes, it is very safe. All transactions are processed with a secure server that encrypts data securely during the checkout process. In addition, we have another layer of security with our McAfee Daily Scanning to ensure our website is completely safe 24-7.

Does your Sweet Pea Sister Store have the same shopping cart?

The Paper Cottage has one main site: Papercottage.net and two sister stores http://thepapercottage.myspstore.com/ and http://papercottage.getpapered.com/. Since the shopping carts are not linked together, your purchases would be two separate transactions.

Yes, we do! We would love for you to join our mailing list to be kept up to date on new product launches, as well as sales and special promotions.

What is your return policy? How are errors handled?

Occasionally errors occur due to the nature of personalization, if the error is on the manufacturer's part it will be reprinted and shipped out very quickly.

When the error is made by the customer it will be reprinted at a discounted rate. It is very important when placing your order that you double check all spelling, wording, dates, etc. before submitting. It is highly encouraged to order a proof to ensure accuracy. If you do see an error when you receive your product, please contact us as quickly as possible to work on resolution.
